Erstklassiges Frühstück mit top Personal! Zimmerreinigung mittelmäßig, Matratzen durchgelegen. Pool von 9 bis 17 Uhr auch für Kinder ->dadurch ähnelt der Bereich quasi einem Kinderfreibad ohne Ruhe, denn es gibt keinerlei Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse hätte ich definitiv Besseres erwartet.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Er begann mit einem super freundlichen Empfang inkl. Begrüßungsgetränk, so dass man erst einmal richtig gut 'ankommmen' konnte. Dieser rundum nette und gute Service zog sich durch unsere 3 Tage dort. Unsere Juniorsuite mit atemberaubenden Ausblick war sauber und toll eingerichtet. Auch der gesamte SPA Bereich inkl. Anwendungen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team

Es war alles perfekt,so wie in der Bewertung dargestellt. Uns ist aufgefallen,dass es wohl Unernehmens Philosophie ist, unabhängig vom Alter,jederman zu duzen.Mir persönlich ist es unangenehm,von einer 20 jährigen Unbekannten sofort geduzt zu werden und ich kann mir auch nicht vorstellen, dass es umgekehrt nicht ähnlich ist. Es gibt die Distanz in Deutschland ,dass man sich in geschäftlichen Beziehungen siezt und damit kann man trotzdem super freundlich und sympathisch sein.Ich weiss nicht warum das einseitig durch ihr Unternehmen ungefragt aufgehoben werden muss.
