“Mi estancia, que no ha sido la primera, ha sido estupenda. Me alojo ahí por trabajo y bastantes de mis colegas eligen este hotel. Buena comunicación para llegar al aeropuerto de East Midlands. Cerca de restaurantes, bares, etc. El Personal muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo y además me volveré a alojar allí de nuevo. ”

“Pros:: Lovely old pub, AC worked well, great location, plenty of parking, big room and bathroom. Bed was hard, but that is personal preference. Old building is beautiful but with it comes low beams, uneven steps, etc. Con's: Breakfast seemed a bit disjointed (only 1 staff member on) kept having to find staff (same with check out) - not a huge issue as pub not that big. Breakfast did not have all items listed on menu - but didnt twig till after (but have to say lots of pastries and...

“They do not do the daily cleaning, unless you ask for, but I wasn't told while check in. The fire alarm triggered at 7.30 in the morning and nobody explained anything. The shower mech wasn't working properly and it was impossible to enjoy a relaxing moment after a hard day at work. ”

“Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). “Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.”
