Hote;s.com에서 5성급이라는 안내문구를 보고 예약을 했는데 도착해 확인결과 3성급 수준의 리조트였음. 오후 3시경 도착했는데 방 준비가 안되어 30분 넘게 기다렸고, 호수뷰라고 예약을 했는데 1층 풀장에 접한 룸으로 호수를 볼 수 없었고, 유럽식 조식 제공한다고 했는데 쟁반에 중국식(죽, 국수반그릇, 만두1개, 삶은계란1개, 과일몇쪽) 정식셋트를 트레이쟁반에 가져다 주었음. 룸은 여타호텔 대비 협소했으며, 복도에 이동하는 투숙객들로 인한 소음도 심했음. 숙소 바로앞의 호숫가 산책로를 제외하면 가격대비 만족도 매우 떨어지며, 사이트에서 제공한 정보와 전혀 다름

Nice and cosy hotel

Great location close to the Turtle Head Park. Staff has almost zero English speaking skills.

酒店就是一个坑子

真心一般，介绍五颗星和一些图片和实际实在相差太远了，其实就是一家靠湖边的比经济型酒店稍微好些的酒店。酒店的早餐和五星相去甚远，只有一份套餐，餐厅有苍蝇一直来回飞，窗口望出去的缸还有蜘蛛网丝，服务员也管自己聊天，泳池是儿童型的。进房间比较晚，没看到赠送的软饮，第二天结账问前台，说应该有的，也没有一句抱歉之类的话。卫生间台盆少了橡皮垫圈，不能积水。总之绝对不会再住第二次。

因为看到是小的精品酒店，而且位置很好，就决定订这个！ 本来给的是中式套房，房间很大，还有个麻将室，还有小的厨房，里面微波炉，电磁炉都有，全家来挺适合！ 后来晚上和朋友吃完饭回来不知道天花板隔层里有个什么动物跑来跑去，赶紧换了房间！就到楼上的湖景房，外面推开窗就有个露台，窗外就是太湖，景色不错的，房间也不算小，我觉得没有网上的评价那么不堪！ 早餐是中式搭配好的套餐，我觉得也还不错，比较健康！那个酒酿饼好吃，我喜欢！
