Everyone here is super nice. The Breakfast Buffet was the biggest and best I’ve ever experienced.

Hotel was magnificent, but the rooms were really spread out and it takes a long while to walk to the assigned room. Breakfast buffet was also really expensive with little variety.

Not worth the price. The amenites and rooms are kind of old. I stayed over the weekend and it was full of screaming kids. Breakfast dining was chaotic and lack of management. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway

飯店本身非常舒適，漂亮新穎環境很安靜，房間舒適寬敞睡床也很舒服，往外看綠色一片都是樹跟草非常心曠神怡，中餐廳的餐飲也很好吃。硬體很棒但人員感覺需要加強，check in跟check out都等了一下但明明旁邊有沒事做的櫃台人員，櫃台人員講話非常制式化完全沒微笑跟服務感覺就是公事公辦，這點作為五星級飯店比較可惜了點，還有房間電話壞了跟吹風機有問題，反應之後有處理但壞的東西也太多了吧...

总体还是很开心的服务人员态度很亲切，周边风景也不错床也很舒服，很好睡觉。就是结账的时候忘记算钱回家了服务人员打电话让我微信转给她，让我有点差异。走的时候再三确认了，还是出了问题。个人觉得培训方面和岗上监督环节还可以再提升一些。从客户满意度上考虑，也是可以更人性化一些。例如，抹零或者给个代金券什么的，对酒店失职给客人带来不必要的麻烦表示歉意，虽然酒店硬性条件不错，也不要疏忽了软件建设，希望以后不要出这种问题了。
