The room was exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Although there was road construction in front of the hotel, it was surprisingly quiet in the morning, allowing us to sleep peacefully until late. The towels were thick and of excellent quality, and all the essential toiletries were provided. The room and hotel facilities were exceptionally well maintained, leaving nothing to complain about. The blackout curtains were the best we have experienced during this trip, blocking out almost all of the outside light and helping us enjoy a great night's sleep. There were plenty of parking spaces around the hotel, and due to the ongoing road construction, most of them were currently available free of charge, so parking was never an issue. The staff were very friendly and made both check-in and check-out quick and easy. They were also helpful when we visited the bar. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel easily met all the expectations of a four-star property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Wrocław.

Great stay, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet (paid separately) with great coffee. Staff spoke English and a bit of Spanish, very friendly and attentive. Quiet, safe area a bit far from Old Town, but accessible by walking or Uber. Few nearby restaurants, but hotel dining or delivery options work well. Highly recommend 100%.
