The hotel itself was in a good location. However, we booked a city-view room and were not assigned one upon arrival. The reception staff advised that even when a city-view room is booked, it may not always be available, which was disappointing. Recently redeveloped hotel with clean modern spaces. Perfectly located on main square, with views over central Wroclaw. Good breakfast supplied. Wroclaw holds rvents in the square so you may have concert stage out the front with noise, but all over by 10pm.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making checking in and out very straightforward. A security desk in the lobby is manned 24 hours, as is reception. That area is well lit, with comfortable seating. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade but we'd travelled with a group of friends and all 3 rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and cleaned daily. Tea and coffee were provided too but unfortunately it seems milk isn't routinely, which was a disappointment, but by no means a significant issue. The bed was clean and very comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe and hanging space and the shower room was lovely. The rooms were quiet too, even though the hotel is in a perfect location to get around in the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again.

Todo muy bien, habitación amplia y ducha con mampara cerrada. Eso perfecto, siempre preocupado de no salpicar mucho agua. Aire acondicionado perfecto y silencioso. Ha tocado ola de calor y daba verdadero gusto. El agua del lavabo salía fría en plenos 35°. Imagino que por eso no hay mininevera en la habitación. En pleno centro neurálgico, nunca podría tener mejor ubicación. Recomendable al 100%.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a fantastic central location. The property is very new (only a few months old), and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The carpets and bathroom were spotless and in pristine condition. The hotel is right in the heart of Wrocław, within easy walking distance of the Old Town, restaurants, and attractions. Despite the central location, the soundproof windows kept the room quiet and peaceful. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wrocław.

Zimmer war großzügig und mit toller Lage direkt in der Innenstadt Bad ist modern und sauber, bei uns hat es leider etwas gemüffelt. Frühstück war überschaubar, die Lage des Frühstücksraums im Keller eher wenig stimmungsvoll, Espresso in der 400 ml Tasse war etwas schwierig Es gibt keine Zimmerkarte - man muss sich einen 8 stelligen Code merken, da macht sich ein Foto ganz gut

Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Marktplatz. Fußläufig ist eine Tram, die über den Hauptbahnhof fährt. Alles Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft wurde erst vor kurzem eröffnet, entsprechend ist die Einrichtung noch nicht verschlissen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben dem Hotel.
