“The exterior door is always open,before you get in to the room, there is no light,they do not give you a rag to clean,no soap for dishes,no dish drainer,it reeks of cigarett,i send a message that was never answer,the only good part of all this is,that the guy that does the clean up let us live the luggage there for a few hours.”

“Amazing stay! The host team was very helpful and great at communicating when i had issues with the check in form online and a personal item left after the stay. The check in process was super easy and relaxed as you just did everything at your own pace! Location was great, only a couple minute walk to the tube station that connected to all of london. “The place needs a bit of TLC, with most toilet and bathroom handles loose. Bear in mind that the place is up a flight of narrow stairs, then a curling staircase to get to the first floor, and a steep staircase to the bedroom loft. I couldn’t get the oven to work unfortunately, so it would have been good to have the user manual. Other than that, it was clean and convenient.”

“Good neighborhood, close to the tube station and groceries. Very easy to get around and to find it in the first place. Excellent communication with host. The apartments are VERY old - small holes in the walls, a missing frame around the door, stains on the couch, a shower head that isn’t working properly, sharpie stains on the dining room table, a wobbly fan etc. Lovely apartment, nice decorations just old and worn. The noise in the building is unbelievable though. You can hear everything and...
