We had an absolutely amazing stay here while celebrating my wife's birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make our trip special. They surprised her with a beautiful birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch, and at breakfast they even arranged fresh coconut water for us after she had mentioned she was looking for some. It was these little personal gestures that really made the experience unforgettable. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, but it was the exceptional hospitality that truly stood out!

Resort was clean, staff was helpful and friendly at every interaction. Property is a little dated and the AC in the room had to be replaced after quitting twice.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Royalton and would definitely return. The staff were friendly, and the food was very good overall. The only disappointment was the Hunters Steakhouse. There were long wait times, confusion with orders, the food was served cold, and there was no bread provided at the tables. We also experienced one night without cold water, which meant we couldn’t take showers, and the toilet would not flush. Fortunately, this was only a temporary issue. The guests were also very friendly and inviting, which made the trip joyful. Despite these inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay. The friendly service, good food, and overall experience made it a trip worth repeating. I look forward to returning.
