“Wow, what a wonderful stay. Room 128 (Heavenly Suite) was modern, clean, spacious and beautiful, and despite not having AirCon and the 35 Deg C temperature outside, remained cool. Fabulous views of the Valley, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, half hour walk to town and 20min walk to the cable car (which was free, thanks to a hotel voucher). We didn’t have time to use the spar/pool. Honestly one of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had.”

“MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein was wunderbar! Everything was very clean including the guest rooms and common areas. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you do not speak fluent German, it is not a problem because all of the staff spoke English. We were there in mid September(off peak time) but there was still lots to see and do…in fact we didn’t get to do all we wanted to do in the 8 days! “I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Gratz. The sauna was fantastic and really helped me recover after doing an ultramarathon (which is why I traveled to the area). I also appreciated the hotel offering me early breakfast on the day of my race so I could get some food in advance. Note that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) don't have kettles so you can't make your own coffee/tea.
