Very nice place. Natural mineral water in the hot tub. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Good breakfast and lots of room in the breakfast area. Hard working staff and just a very nice place to stay for 3 nights. I would stay there again.

New owners are taking over soon so probably why maintenance has been a bit lacking. Hopefully that will improve. The hot spring was awesome and a good breakfast was included. Was in a quiet area. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay for a night, the rooms are affordable and the soaking pool is hot and refreshing. Parking is great and the Hot Springs park next to the hotel is well taken care of and good for a nice, relaxing walk. Additionally, the restaurant has great food and bar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our honeymoon was celebrated in 2009, when the hotel was in its peak. The current stay was exceptional. The staff, the food, and the beverages were outstanding. The pool and hot springs remain outstanding. Unfortunately, the hotel is not the renowned Safari club and we are deeply saddened by the changes throughout the hotel. We sincerely hope and pray that the hotel will be updated and preserved as a historic site, as well as a newer version of its former self.

The room was a bit dated but very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff ( esp Billy at the front desk) were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outside pool and breakfast, and esp the fresh cookies that were available in the afternoon. We had a very delicious dinner in the Safari Club. Our server Kenny was very conscientious and friendly . The hotel is in a lovely location. We would definitely stay there again

Property sits well next to the river and is welcoming. The hotel as a whole doesn’t have enough staff to keep up on the cleanliness of the facility. The Poor guy Kenny in the Bar was all alone trying to take orders,serve and please. The young man by himself at the bar was trying to keep up with his orders at the bar. People waited a long time to be served and tables weren’t bussed for others to sit down. Hotel could use more employees to have it run smoothly for them. Overall Location is pleasant in the Park with many amenities for families, and sidewalks to just enjoy walking the dog.

Location was great, staffed were friendly and helpful. Property undergoing ownership changes and not quite as advertised. Some of the nearby businesses closed to litigation with the state so that was a bit disappointing. Hiking and biking trails very convenient to this location. Restaurant /lounge on site and hot springs tub which was nice. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Very nice, quiet, and safe location. The pool and hot tub are easy to access and weren't crowded. Quick walk or drive to the bathhouses in the park. Just a short drive up into the park itself and we saw herds of bison at sundown. Basic breakfast available in the morning. Worth the trip!
