Lovely facility. Staff are friendly and professional. We booked this hotel because we were traveling with our dog. The front desk explained that guests with dogs are on the ground floor. That was no problem- our room was lovely and spacious and extremely clean. Plenty of outdoor space to walk the dog. Obviously, we couldn’t eat in the restaurant because of our dog but we sat outside on the back patio and there were loads of options to order from DoorDash or UberEats. We did get drinks in the bar and took them outside again. Would honestly stay there again- we usually stay closer to WPI but for the 2 extra miles, the rooms were far larger than the Hampton Inn or the AC Hotel. Highly recommend.

The rooms are spacious and the front desk Staff and Housekeeping staff are very nice. Although there is a Keurig style maker in the room The coffee pods are awful so bring your own or buy coffee from the restaurant …and it is pricey. The restaurant is very nice - the staff are almost always friendly and engaging. We only had One bad experience with a bartender across multiple visits (I guess she was having a bad day.) overall we recommend this hotel especially if you need a suite

3-Star Review – The Beechwood Hotel The property is beautiful, and the room was clean. However, a few issues unfortunately affected our overall experience. We encountered two bugs in the room, a black wasp and a fly. Part of the ceiling was open, exposing the roof area, which may have allowed the insects to enter. Additionally, I called two days before our arrival to request that the sofa bed be prepared, but it was not ready when we arrived. We had to open it ourselves and found that the mattress was old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. There were also no sheets available for the sofa bed. When we asked the front desk for assistance, the staff member said he didn’t know where to find them and that housekeeping would take care of it in the morning. While the property itself is beautiful and the room was clean, I expected better maintenance, preparation, and customer service. With more attention to these details, our stay could have been much more comfortable and enjoyable.
