“Our check in was after 2pm on a Sunday so front counter was closed. Room was comfortable, though it had ageing furniture. Cleaners must have been in a rush as no towels were left for us to use. There was no one to contact to rectify the issue. Fortunately the unit came with a washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash an old towel from in our car for use. There was a water glimpse from the balcony of our room. Floors and skirting boards could have been cleaner. Linen was clean Swimming...

“We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future.”

“Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. ”

“Initial room allocated for week stay did not have views as had been advertised in promotional photos for 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. Requested a change and was put in a privately owned apartment in complex - condition of room (furniture etc) slightly poorer, but views were spot on.”
