Vacations Close To Woonsocket City Hall

Beautiful place and even more beautiful scenery

Nice older hotel, but homeless are right outside the door. The front staff at the desk were 2 men who had absolutely no customer service skills. I asked about parking and he said, "I don't own a car, so I don't know." The hotel was clean and the beds and everything were nice. We did buy breakfast in the hotel and the staff in the restaurant connected to the hotel were exceptional! It's right downtown and the location to walk to places was great, you just have to literally dodge and walk around/through the homeless camped right outside the door.

Tammy was great, but hitting us with the $100 amenities fee was not. This should be part of your regular rate. Leaves a very bad taste and too bad because everything else was good.

The location was great it was right next to Bowmenswarf. The decor needs updating. The beds were terrible. The rugs need a cleaning. Great staff. Our room was nice and clean. If they got new mattresses it would make a big difference. We would stay there again

Overall the stay was average. The staff was very nice and the lobby was as well. The rooms could definitely use some updating -- the AC unit made a loud noise for a while once it was turned on, the water pressure was very low, and the TV went in/out a few times. The pool area was really nice!
