Everything in and around the place was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from. The only drawback was the tv in the room had some issues. We should have asked at the front desk, but we finally just unplugged the tv and plugged it back in and it worked.

PREFACE - They were under construction when I was there. The room was AMAZING, beautiful, clean large and very well looked after. The hotel staff, in particular Courtney, were excellent and friendly as possible. This will be a 5STAR once the construction is done. That said, the rooms and common areas (including the very large uncluttered breakfast area) that were open were clean and very very well maintained. Highly recommended and once the pool and halls are down it will be beautiful.

We stayed here for 1 night. The room could hace been cleaned better...my 2 year old found some pills on the ground, there was an old towel behind a chair, the bed sheets had stains on it, the mattresses squeaked so much that we all woke up multiple times throughout the night. The breakfast was ok, there was toast, fruit, and cereal. The pool and elevator was out of service.

The hotel kept my payment and didn’t give us the room. We came in at 2:10am. I booked the hotel at nearly 7pm and the front desk clerk said due to us not calling before they completed the audit to inform we were still coming she was unable to keep our room that was already paid for, so she gave it to someone else. NOWHERE in the booking process did it say I had to call and confirm by a certain time or call at all. I’ve never had this type of experience with a hotel before. The hotel had no issue taking my money for the non-refundable room. Front desk clerk said try another hotel down the street, so from now on the La Quinta Inn’s will never receive business from me again.

The first room we got we couldn’t get into. We tried 3 sets of keys then had a master and none of them worked. The second room only had 1 bed and we needed 2. Room 3 the beds weren’t made up. The 4th room didn’t have a seat on the toilet seat and the tub didn’t drain and we finally got into our 5th and final room about an hour later. Front desk worker was super friendly and apologized profusely.

Breakfast service was to begin at 6am but by 7am there still was nothing, gym treadmill belts were moldy and pool closed, elevator broken yet stairwells filthy, broken latch on outside door compromised safety, unvacuumed room. LaQuinta would be wise to remove its name from this property.

Worst hotel ever .

It was not cleaned when we got there and when I went to tell the girl at the desk she got rude, threatening to call the cops instead of offering to switch the rooms. Then they charged us extra for a pillow that we didn’t even take why would I want a pillow from a completely disgusting room? We also had a service animal that we told them about when we checked in and then they charged us for it two days later . I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to stay there . Seriously though worst customer service ever and we stay in a lot of hotels because we travel a lot . The girl should loose her job and the cleaning staff is really bad at their job as well I have pictures of everything….

I realize things happen daily but it would of been nice to know that you all were renovating the place. There were boxes and all kind of stuff everywhere. We actually had to use the flashlight on my phone to see down the hallway to get to our room. Our room was clean bed a little bit hard but all in all not to bad. Just would of liked a heads up on the renovation that were taking place.

Awful place Woodward, OK

It was disgusting! Had to locate staff to check in. Elavators were out of service. Pool was black with algae and of course it was closed because of its condition. Of course none of these issues were not mentioned on website. Should receive full refund because of disrepair of hotel.

The ladies on the afternoon/evening shift were terrific and helpful. Housekeeping was non-existent. Many things in the room were broken or didn't work. The carpet looked like it was stained with blood. The outside looked like the place was abandoned. The elevator and pool didn't work. Everything should have been taken care of before they reopened.

My brother always bragged about the up-classed LaQuinta properties though I am an IHG and Marriott Lifetime member. On this trip, the LaQuinta was significantly lower than even the medium grade hotels in the area so I thought I'd try it out. The staff were professional and even found a pair of expensive headphones that I left in the room after checkout. Rooms were very nice, clean, and roomy. My main disappointment was with the freezer then warmed, cellophaned single danishes, and cold clumpy gravy with biscuits. I can only imagine the complaints that the staff at the front desk get about this sub-SUB par breakfasts. Even Days Inn down the road had FRESH eggs, sausage, and self-cook Belgian waffles! Therefore we ate out at a restaurant instead in the mornings. I might try this hotel again if they improve the breakfasts. If you don't mind the breakfasts, then this hotel is a good one.
