“This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. Was lower floor with alley and restaurant patio outside windows but no real noise. The ambiance was terrific.”

“The hotels.com site states there is a reataurant at the location, there is but only open until 1500hrs, so that was a big issue as delivery was the next choice, pizza, indian etc not a great option and a minimium of £30 to get a delivery, a pain on your own. I then had an issue closing the room window as that neess maintenance, the tv controls were next, there were none and the great staff had to find a spare set. The staff were great and the pub nice, accomodation was tired and not in walking...
