Vacations Close To Wonders of Wildlife Museum & Aquarium

Very friendly

We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.

It is a very nice hotel. Beautiful scenery and wonderful location.

Absolutely terrible experience with just about everything. Paid for this Lodge yet when I show up to check in, they put me in another place completely different than what I ordered. I paid for a Mountain View got put on base floor in room filled with spiderwebs and spiders, bathtub faucet was broken and about to fall apart. I tried to get help and the staff was completely useless. Only trying to sell me on a time share. Laquita was one of the terrible employees. Please avoid Capital Vacations entirely.

It was a great price, nice room, very friendly staff but outdated. The pics on-line look so much better and easy fixes to make the room better were neglected. Mattresses past their effective life, holes in walls not properly patched, and soap the worst to lather. Price to comfort ratio...still pretty good and I would go back but be prepared it is not like in the pics. (3 star needs to be maintained as a 3 star, which makes me worry if I had done a 2.5 star how old would it have been.)
