Great value - excellent overall

Stayed just one night for business but was super impressed by the staff, the location, the peaceful aspect of everything and a very excellent menu and wine list. Room was basic but spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely return.

Problem checking in.

Problem checking in. Reserved two rooms but the hotel did not have this. After much confusion, I do not speak much French they arranged a room with 2 separate bedrooms. This is the second time I have booked 2 rooms with a hotel via Hotels.com and they have not had a reservation for 2 rooms. I will now be questioning whether using Hotels.com is a wise idea. Once we had arranged a room with separate beds the hotel was good, nice staff. But the problem with the reservation is very WORRYING.

Très bon hôtel où nous avons passé deux nuit. Le restaurant est excellent (pensez à réserver) Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. À noter une station de recharge à proximité (300m) au supermarché Fresh.

Ne vous y risquez pas

Nous avons réservé deux nuits et nous y sommes resté qu’une pour vous dire …. Chambre n’est pas celle réservée, lumière allumée au dessus du lit qu’on ne peut éteindre avec un scotche noir mis dessus pour atténuer Lit étroit pour 2 personnes au même prix que les grands lits Pas d’eau qui coule de la douche Et quand on va voir à l’accueil pour exprimer notre mécontentement le patron parle mal s’énerve et tient des propos grossophobe sur une femme enceinte …. Je vous conseille de passer votre chemin car en plus de tout ça tarif excessif pour les prestations de cet hôtel

Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Angestellten überfordert waren. Das Zimmer wurde nicht aufgeräumt, keine Reinigung, Abfalleimer nicht geleert. Badezimmer mangelhaft geputzt. Frühstück nicht den Preis wert, Frühstücksraum Beleuchtung spärlich.

Trevligt litet hotell. Dock kunde ingen personal engelska som det stod i presentationen. Receptionisten hjälpte oss upp med dryck till vårt rum då vi hade fullt med väskor att bära. Det resulterade i att hon spillde ut en stor öl över rummet, mina kläder och väskor. Vi fick snabbt ett nytt rum men ingen ursäkt eller kompensation för att jag blev nedspilld. Mailade bordsreservation i restaurangen innan ankomst men fick inget svar. Det löste sig dock på plats. Bra mat och dryck. Frukosten överträffade våra förväntningar (ingick inte i hotellrummet).

Joli séjour

Arrivée et accueil très sympathiques. Une belle chambre avec toutes les commodités. Le seul regret était qu'elle donnait sur la route, donc un peu bruyante. Le menu à l'hôtel était excellent et le personnel très attentif.
