“Tristan carried our biggest suitcase up to a clean, well stocked room, which was perfect for our needs in spite of being a tight fit (which our larger case exacerbated). Great location to walk to the promenade, friendly pub downstairs, and excellent soundproofing - didn't hear anything from our second floor room. Will happily book again if we're in the area”

“Room was supplied with tea, coffee pods, sugar and milk alongside cooking equipment apart from scissors! It was clean, but noticed quite a bit of dust in certain areas of the room. The courtyard was not like the images but still able to fit 4 people into it (3mx3m). Great stay lovely location and lots of character to the room. “Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee”
