Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all.

The rooms and the rates are very very good. However to our disappointment the cost for the breakfast was equal to the price of the room and low quality. I would not book park hotel again unless i have a separate breakfast solution outside the hotel.

I booket a room for 4 persons 2 nights and prepaid. I was aware that i had to pay city tax when i checked out. But then i also had to pay 140 euro for ekstra beds for my children. This is very misleading when you book a room for 4 it should be inclueded in the first invoice and not something to charge when checking out.

Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there. Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt von Wismar und dem Alten Hafen. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Das Personal vom Hotel und Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen.

Tolles Ambiente im Hotel, Frühstück ist absolut zu empfehlen. Preis- Leistung absolut passend. Einzig zu bemängeln ist das 3. Bett im Zimmer- sehr hart und auf dem Boden. Die Wände der Flure könnten einen Anstrich vertragen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm . Die Toilette war etwas klein geraten groß Menschen fühlen sich da etwas beengt . Parkplatz für 5€ die Nacht direkt am Hotel war sehr angenehm . Es gibt Ladesäulen auch direkt auf dem Parkplatz , leider hat keine unsere 4 Ladekarten dort funktioniert. Das Personal ist überaus nett und hilfsbereit , besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen . In wenigen Minuten ist man auch direkt in der Stadt und am Hafen . Wir können es nur empfehlen .

Inga parkeringsmöjligheter o ingen info om att de stängt den detta dygn. Vi hade valt hotellet pga parkeringen. Ingen hjälp utan vi fick fixa detta själva på annan plats. Vi hade 5 dyrbara mc som vi inte ville ställa på allmän parkering. Den som var mycket tillmötesgående var unge Niel i receptionen som verkligen försökte göra vårt boende prisvärt o trevligt. Tyvärr kommer vi inte tillbaka.

Der står at hotellet har ladestandere, da vi havde problemer omkring betjening, kunne medarbejdere på hotellet ikke hjælpe, da det ikke var hotellets og de kendte intet til betjening af det.

Bra rum och frukost. Dock väldigt besvikna då parkering var avstängd på g av att den skulle ”åtgärdas”. Vi kom på fem motorcyklar och hade valt hotellet för att det hade parkering. Ingen info innan om att parkeringen var avstängd och ingen service att kunna göra ett undantag för våra hojar. På morgonen stod ändå flera bilar parkerade och de hade öppnat parkeringen vid midnatt. Vi frågade firman på andra sidan gatan och lyckades parkera där. Ingen jobbade på parkeringen det dygnet vi var där så det var ju märkligt att det inte gick att stå där över natten på två p-rutor. Niel i receptionen var tillmötesgående men hans kollega var inte det. Barpersonalen var bra.
