Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all.

The rooms and the rates are very very good. However to our disappointment the cost for the breakfast was equal to the price of the room and low quality. I would not book park hotel again unless i have a separate breakfast solution outside the hotel.

I booket a room for 4 persons 2 nights and prepaid. I was aware that i had to pay city tax when i checked out. But then i also had to pay 140 euro for ekstra beds for my children. This is very misleading when you book a room for 4 it should be inclueded in the first invoice and not something to charge when checking out.

Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there. Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Tolles Ambiente im Hotel, Frühstück ist absolut zu empfehlen. Preis- Leistung absolut passend. Einzig zu bemängeln ist das 3. Bett im Zimmer- sehr hart und auf dem Boden. Die Wände der Flure könnten einen Anstrich vertragen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm . Die Toilette war etwas klein geraten groß Menschen fühlen sich da etwas beengt . Parkplatz für 5€ die Nacht direkt am Hotel war sehr angenehm . Es gibt Ladesäulen auch direkt auf dem Parkplatz , leider hat keine unsere 4 Ladekarten dort funktioniert. Das Personal ist überaus nett und hilfsbereit , besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen . In wenigen Minuten ist man auch direkt in der Stadt und am Hafen . Wir können es nur empfehlen .

Väldigt trevligt hotel i ett bra läge vid hamnen. Bra med parkering på baksidan för en rimlig peng. väldigt god och fräsch frukost med lagom mycket att välja på. Toalett och duschutrymmet var två utrymmen, rymligt och bra i duschen med ett stort handfat bra speglar mm. Toautrymmet är det flygplansvarning på:) är man som jag nästan två meter så är det svårt att sätta sig utan att slå emot en vägg eller dörren.

Ich war Erstaunt dass man extra Zahlung forderte. Ich habe bestellt und betzahlt bei Hotels.com fûr zwei Doppelzimmer und ein extra Bett. 2.890,68 SEK (in diese Summe ist auch Annulliereungsschutsch 149,58 SEK und Steuer 170,79 SEK und Extra kosten OBLIGATORISCHE!! 130,52 SEK. Bei Einchek fordert man extra Zahlung 35 EUR für Extrabett (Meine ich,habe ich schon Bezahlt) und dazu die Ualte und nicht relevante Kurtaxe 5,28 EUR + 4,55 EUR (Ist etwas von 1800-Zahl!! Man bezahlt fûr NIx). Wass ist die Obligatoriche 130,52 SEK. Bitte Erklären und gern Rückbezahlen. Ich bin nicht Zufrieden Carl Bertil Lundvall Rechnung 87257
