“One job, to be hospitable while providing a comfortable room for the night. I’m not concerned if some of the grout is discoloured or the paintings are a bit faded but having the hot water turn off abruptly when someone else has a shower, outside lights that light up your room all night plus a host with attitude sort of misses the point. Getting antsy when we asked if having arrived earlier than expected and could we check in 1 hour earlier (needed to get changed for a wedding) and then charging...

“Absolutely hassle free stay. We had a kitchenette room. No problems with anything. Comfy bed. Instant hot water, beautiful soft towels. Can't fault it. Infact we stopped again on our way home.”

“Staff were both very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good assortment of cereals and spreads and a modest choice of teas. The room I was given was spacious and had a carport to park my motorcycle under which, was very appreciated as it rained on the second night of my stay. All in all I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Room smelt damp, hot water tap was difficult to turn on and off otherwise room was clean, should have offered a discount, a lot of maintenance required on property to bring it up to 3 or 4 star rating,.”
