Beautiful views on the river. A free rail drink included for each adult. The lighting in the bathroom is not good, elevator is small and slow. Great stroll on river walk to downtown dells. Large hot tub.

Everything was very good, clean and tidy. We loved the bar and the food was delicious. The view of the river is relaxing and they also offered us a lot for our money. The only complaint would be that the bathroom was too small

We loved the passes that came with our stay there, the other resort amenities, water features. The hotel itself was great, but the 2 bedroom queen room is out dated and not well laid out.

The front desk was pleasant, it includes the water park at all the Natura hotels however it was closed in early September for the outdoor pools. The room was very large with 2 queens and a bunkbed. Fridge and micro in the room and a free drink at the bar or hotrocks. It included zoo admission at Timbavarti. The hot tub, pool and sauna were all very clean. No complaints at all for this hotel, close to downtown too.

They did have a restaurant attached. They were on the river which was nice for views. The hotel had the nice amenity of free entrance to the Land of Natura. They also had discounts to some local restaurants. They were convenient to everything.
