Parking area was safe close to the door entrance. Room was nice and clean, nice queen size beds. Safe was nice and friendly. All families that we came across was nice and friendly. They put you in a motel that is so badly taken care of. For example, our floors were FILTHY, there was DRIED pee on the toilet seat (on the lid, not the bowl itself), the AC was blowing some type of material that looked like cigarette ash on the bottom bunk bed - wiping it was like you were swiping off cigarette ash. Not sure what it was but I'm willing to bet it's from horrible maintenance. Other than that, all staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and nice and deserve a raise. Both the water park and theme parks were amazing.
