room was incredibly clean, front desk staff was super helpful. I did not get her name, but she was holding down the fort and was great. breakfast was super good and hot. pool was great. The only thing that they should pay more attention to is the bathroom in the women’s area of the indoor pool there are tiles that are loose on the floor when you step on them they’re raising, which could be an issue.

Breakfast was very good. Indoor pool kids loved. But outdoor pools were very cold. Was 3rd week of June, would be nice if they were warmed up rooms were nice, but pull out couch was very very uncomfortable. If needed extra towels, sheets, pillows and etc we got within minutes. I would stay again.

We were spending one night in the Dells on the last night of a spring break trip with our family. This hotel was the perfect stop. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool provided great entertainment for the kids. The breakfast and coffee in the morning were the best we've had at a hotel in a long time. And the price was very reasonable for all this.

Just checked out of our room today, I can say the location was great to and from where we wanted to go too. But the few things I disliked at the hotel was the bathroom was not too clean, the sink was in the bedroom and not literally in the bathroom so when your trying to get ready and or brush teeth you were in the bedroom waking everyone up. Also the sink was constantly clogged and the tub was too, had spoken to front desk about and did not see any movement on it and just dealt with it. Breakfast was ok, beds and pillows were not comfortable at all and woke up sore every morning. Had stayed 3 nights and what I enjoyed the most was the pool outside and the coffee. Did stay next door last year and wanted to try this hotel due to pool but other things disappointed me. Will not stay again-too many things wrong/disliked to stay there again but everyone has their own opinion

All day coffee available in the lobby to reduce plastic waste is awesome! I didn't use the pool so can't say anything about it. It looked nice and fun for kids. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. I did miss having a waffle but the pancakes were of the same standard. We don't eat pork so can't comment on the meat. Some places are looking into non-pork items as it is healthier. Staff was helpful and brought linen to the room for the let out couch bed. All in all a great stay, will definitely go back.
