Weekend getaway

Check in process was quick and our room was ready when we got there. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The pillows were not as firm as I liked but we made due. The hotel was not loud even though it seemed they had an almost full parking lot. It was located in the middle of everything which was nice. We went for a relaxing weekend getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is terible house keeping don't understand English- gave me room on first floor with patio not clean. King size mattress is worst not able to sleep at night feel like sleeping on springs. When checking asked frint desk told they are not checked me iut early as i booked through expedia.want to talk to manager said she is not available, worst experience at this hilton garden.
