This is my family’s go to hotel in Wi Dells. We also always rent the room with a large jet tub in the room due to being able to “swim” after hours🙂 (It also has led lights and Bluetooth in the jetted tub as well) The staff are pretty friendly and make an easy smooth check in as well as check out process. I love that we also get tickets to Noah’s arc with our stay every time! (Whirl pool room or not, you still get the tickets!) 10/10 highly recommended

Clean rooms and competent staff. The pool area is well kept, if plain for the Dells. Amenities are limited—free hot beverages, shampoo/conditioner packets available by request, and older, dated, not-quite-vintage decor. But this is reflected in the price: It’s not as eye-wateringly expensive as many Dells locations. Good value.

When I arrived check in service was easy and fast, they offered two elevators but unfortunately one was out. The room was clean but I hated the bed blanket felt more like couch covers. Bed where kinda of hard to, the indoor pools where pretty decent kids definitely enjoyed that. WiFi connection was terrible doesn’t make since to have free WiFi if it doesn’t work. Overall everything was decent.
