While the hotel is showing its age, our room was small but clean. The bathroom was clean and modern. The provided breakfast did not include the usual eggs, potatoes and meat. It did provide make your own waffles . Good value for the price.

Staff was very friendly, Check in was quick and simple. When we got to the rooms everything was clean, towels, soap, and sheets were all well kept. Parking was relatively easy to find close to my room. The pool wasn’t very big but still very clean and nice. Hot tub was a nice bonus too. I would definitely come back to this place for another quick trip at the dells.

The dryer was broken in our room, the toilet was clogged, the bathroom was the smallest bathroom I've ever been in, however, the room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, the staff immediately fixed the toilet and gave us a spare hairdryer. The property is admittedly old and in need of a facelift, but the staff is wonderful and the location can't be beat for the price. The heated pool and hot tub were very relaxing after a long day of driving. Breakfast was fresh waffles and other continental fair.

When we opened the door of our first room it had a very bad smell a mixture of musky and cigarettes smoke. We changed rooms and just a slight difference in smells. I brought in some spray car freshener to tolerate the smell. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They need to work on the smell on there rooms. Bring some air freshener or find another hotel.
