The room was pretty filthy, black mold on the lampshades, musty humid smell, and stains on the wall. Generally the whole place looked poorly maintained. Staff were courteous. Adequate for the price point if just a place to stay for the night.

We enjoyed staying here while visiting Wisconsin. I was able to do our laundry, whereas they have a washer and dryer to deposit quarters in. The washer and dryer were both in great working order and were clean. Great breakfast area. Someone stayed in there to ensure it stayed stocked and clean. The rooms were clean and tidy. This is family run, so the front desk and cleaners were all related. This was heart warming. We have a family business as well and love supporting other family run businesses. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again if ever in the area.

My daughter and I went to the hotel room and we liked it. The bed was a little soft, but it was nice. The AC was a little loud. But, it was nice. The staff was nice and it was a clean room. We didn't really use the amanities except for the toilet as seeing I needed the bar for the toilet.

Good overall. Full hot breakfast, pool and hot tub were great. My only complain is the bathroom smell and the bathroom cleanness overall, the base of the toilet was not cleaned in ages, not sure if it was the cause of that smell, but there were dry yellow spots on it.

Breakfast was filling everyday! The staff made sure every food item was filled. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping. I would highly recommend Best Western Baraboo Inn for a great stay!

The staff was amazing, the hallways and main lobby were very clean, breakfast was amazing, and the pool was awesome! Everything in my room was great except for the bathroom. When I opened the bathroom door, there was a strong mold smell, and you could visibly see mold around the door/wall area. There was also hair in the bathtub, including what appeared to be pubic hair. We got in late, so I didn’t bring the mold issue to management’s attention during our stay. I just wish the bathroom had been cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!

It was average ok. On the low side of Best Western standard. Maintained by asian Indians. Indian food smell in the hallway, although the staff has no control over what guests do in their rooms. Carpet replacement renovation was going on, completely blocking both stairwells. No elevator in my half of the hotel. My room entry door barely locks, rattling with every passing guest. Besides that, to be fair, the room was spacious and clean. Everything was working just fine. No complains there. And the staff was trying to be helpful.

It was close to the Attractions in the Dells however. Hotel is showing its age and not very clean. We booked a king room and they moved us to a different room due to a leak. It had a very tiny bed and a red heart shaped jacuzzi. We asked for a regular double queen room and were told nothing was available. Luckily we only needed room for one night or we would have found a different hotel. Tv only got 3 channels. And coffee maker was gross in the room.
