Pools were great for the kids and clean. Our room was the worst part of everything. Sliding doors didn't lock, smelled moldy, toilet paper holder was following off the wall, huge cracks between both sides of the door. Price friendly and the rooms show it.

If you want to stay somewhere with black mold in the showers and crumbling concrete on their slides for a premium price choose this place. Also the magnum rubber by my car in the parking lot was fun to explain to the kids. Watch out for the broken tiles going to and from the pool if you’re not wearing shoes as well.

When we got there the check in t ook forever . Literally 25 minutes jusybto check in . The rooms were big and they seemed clean .The rest of the building is a little bit run down but wasnt anything too big. The problem I did have is that no one that worked there spoke English. And we had went to the pool for literally an hour or so -came back to our deadbolt lock being locked . We were all outside the room and the deadbolt was locked ! Someone was in our room ,had to be a worker. Pretty sure they went outt the backdoor sliding glass doors .

Room was clean. Price was very good. Pool was difficult to make use of due to too many people. It was also a bit dirty in the pool areas. The main entry area was very risky to walk through due to too much water sitting on the floor from pool users. Very slippery, almost fell 2x even though I was being very cautious.

Hotel right in the middle of the dells attractions, less than 10 minutes from knuckleheads arcade and outlets! The room was clean and cozy, staff very professional and friendly. No complaints, pool area was great for my toddlers! One section closed downstairs but they had more indoor pools on upper level open! Great experience! Will highly recommend and expect to come back in future!
