The hotel is nice, but located next to a busy road, all rooms overlook the car park on the side. Room was small, very hot (no air con) and we had just a really narrow double bed that was so small that we struggled to sleep. Also it was very hot and with window open we had to put up with road noise. We asked to change the room for a bigger bed but none wear available. The rest of the amenities were good, liberally food and restaurant, friendly staff. Good hotel for a single occupancy, if a standard room is chosen.

Great little hotel with a top gym.

A lovely homely hotel. The staff were very welcoming. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. In additional there is a great fitness gym on the premises with a great free weight selection.

Comfort and great customer service - Crown Lodge

We have stayed here several times when we are in the area. Great people there (we noticed the staff are consistent, always a good sign) the rooms are comfy and clean and parking is easy. It's in a pretty spot and the food available is delicious and reasonably priced. Caters very well for vegans too. We will be going back again. 5 star

A nice place to stay.

The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine but service could be slow if they were busy. Rooms a good size but beds quite small for two people. Nice location and could be a good base for exploring. Will likely stay again.
