I really enjoyed my week-long stay here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and pool was great. Some of the folks who hangout nearby the property seem kind of sketchy, but no one bothered me and the hotel was quiet.

Very clean hotel from the outside to the lobby - to the hallways - to the rooms - to the laundry room - fresh, clean smell and experience. Policies are being followed - housekeeping great, Knowledgeable, customer-friendly staff - courteous, especially to guests with concerns about payment and ALL ADA disabilities, including anxiety. Breakfast was great - fresh and affordable. Lots of parking ROOMS are cleaned VERY well - on time - privacy upheld - ability to place a "do not disturb" sign

Property is in the Old Salem downtown area… area was OK, but seemed to be a lot of police presence, and some homeless frequenting the property!! Room was clean and offered ample space, customer service was fantastic!!

The property was clean, well maintained, staff was friendly. Breakfast was additional $. Parking was behind the building and lot is sloped. Access from parking lot is thru rear entrance. Our room was upgraded (not sure why but extra space was appreciated) though if I was paying for the suite I would say it was sparse.
