It was an amazing spot to stay for short vacation in Winnipeg for us. The design of the place is aesthetically pleasing, the location is very close to many amenities, the room is comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous bed and breakfast. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The suites are set up with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had many options to choose from.

Great hosts who were very welcoming, beautiful property with amazing rooms. Just a nostalgic feel coming in the house and great breakfast with the hosts serving in whatever coffee we wanted. Definitely worth staying the night!

The room was nice and clean with a beautiful sent to the room that made a very peaceful atmosphere and experience. The hosts were very friendly and kind, especially Chief. Breakfast was wonderful. The say was easy and seemless. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Spacious and quiet room in a beautifully decorated heritage home. The owners were very welcoming and the holiday decor they had set out for the Christmas season was so pretty and tasteful. Like spending time in a holiday movie. Highly recommend.

I had to extend my stay in Winnipeg unexpectedly and booked last minute on a whim. I absolutely loved it and wish I had found this place sooner! Vahid was extremely kind and welcoming as soon as I arrived and my room was GORGEOUS. Everything was clean, facilities were secure, and there were some nice amenities included in the stay. If you're looking for a mix of cozy, chic, and elegant, this is the place to go!

My husband and I recently stay at No. 5 East over the weekend. We had such a great stay, the house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. We ended up getting stuck in Winnipeg an extra day due to the weather and Vahid and Marcia welcomed us back for another night. They were such great hosts, the breakfast was perfect, fresh, great selection and amazing coffee. I have already recommended this place to my friends and family and cannot wait to return. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing heritage home. Beautiful wood detailing, stained & leaded glass. Room large & spotless with giant bathtub, very generous separate shower, crystal chandelier in front of window behind the vessel sink. Common areas elegant yet welcoming. Fantastic kitchen with generous self-serve continental breakfast, excellent coffee. Host and hostess very welcoming and helpful.

Our stay at No. 5 East was nothing short of amazing. Vahid, Marcia, and Chief were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The common areas and bedrooms were beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast in the morning was the perfect start to our day. Chief was the ideal little four-legged concierge—friendly, attentive, and didn’t make a peep. His cheerful morning greeting, complete with a wagging tail, added such a homey touch to our stay. Thank you, Marcia, Vahid, and Chief, we will be back!
