This company failed to let us know until 24 hours before arrival that this house's plumbing will not allow any toilet paper to be flushed down the toilets. Instead, they said we need to place used toilet paper into the bins in the bathrooms. These bins were ordinary wastebaskets without even so much as a plastic liner. Totally unprofessional, with no notice to get another reservation, unhygienic, and disgusting.

Not walkable to the castle- unless you fast walk for 40mins! Not a short stroll as advertised - it’s in the middle of an estate (not so nice ) Make you pay £££ deposit or no check in details Make you sign this ridiculous document also to say if they had to take deposit off you because of damage- you can’t leave them a negative review! Got signs everywhere to remind you not to make noise/ switch off lights etc - doesn’t make us feel relaxed Strange smell in games room and first floor bathroom We have young children- I have to send several messages to explain to Asked for a slightly later check out on a bank holiday but they asked for extra money per hour?! And finally they grant us a slightly later check out than 10am! Lacks basic like a bit of milk/ oil for cooking Minimal instant coffee provided- enough for 2cups of coffee (for our 3nights stay!) Only 1 TV in the house For the price we paid-which was like £££ per night, I would expect more ! Will I stay again? definitely not
