The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and overall a pleasant place to stay. The two main downsides are the small parking lot, which doesn’t have enough spaces for all guests, so you may have to pay for nearby parking. The other drawback is the location. The area surrounding the hotel doesn’t feel very safe at night, and this seems to reflect much of downtown Windsor. That being said, I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel itself. The staff, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent.

We had a very good time during Victoria day long weekend, the location is very convinient, 5 mins walk to the adventure bay, and the community is safe, good breakfasts, stuff there are very nice and helpful. Great place for family vocations.

All in all, it was a good stay. Sure wish they’d either shampoo or replace the old, stale smelling carpets. Rooms are dark and dated. Aside from needing some upgrades for this old building, the stay was good, location was good, breakfast was good. An enjoyable stay.

Overall good place to stay. Second time for me at this property. Room size is great and very clean. Only issue was the hair dryer had a short which tripped the circuit breaker next to the sink. Otherwise all good aside from the lukewarm buffet breakfast - could have been hotter, especially the warming pans.

Overall, it was a clean hotel. As we were on vacation we found that having to be down for breakfast by 9:00 am was a little early. It would be nice to see it extended even by 30 minutes. When we checked out I wanted to get a coffee to go. It had already been cleaned up and nothing available. In many of our stays, there has always been coffee in the lobby area and many breakfast hours are until 10:00 am. Staff were nice.
