The room albeit very small was really clean and suited out one night stay. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was brilliant and to top it all there was free parking. All in all an excellent stay - thank you.

Hotel provides convenient parking space, staff are very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was served with various choices, we love the hot plate, fresh cooked “English traditional breakfast”! A nice little hotel in Eton, close to train, bus station and Windsor Palace.

It’s a 500 year old property so the floors are very uneven and creaky but this just adds to its charm. The room was lovely, good facilities and breakfast was very good. The position of the pub is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the river so very easy for the boat to the races or a walk into central Windsor. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Not modern, no aircon but delightful.

Wonderful quirky 500 year old pub at Eton, literally a stones throw from Windsor Castle and environs, so an easy walk to everything. Great to have parking and the breakfast included was lovely. Very friendly staff behind the bar. Special feeling staying in a historic pub with its own character. Don't worry about the planes going overhead as they have a curfew in the evenings!!

A great location to stay for visiting Eton and Windsor. Just a short walk across the river to Windsor was ideal. The staff were very friendly upon arrival and during the stay. The breakfast was very nice and good choice of hot and cold food. The room was very quiet and could not hear any noise from the pub. Car parking was free and accessible throughout the stay which was good.

If you would like to save some money, and want to stay in a historic building, this is the way to go. Everybody was really nice, there was a free hot breakfast that was to order. The rooms were simple and comfortable.

Own car park for guests was a winner, easy to access the hotel entrance with luggage. Very welcoming and cheerful staff. Our room was very spacious and everything was very clean, comfortable bed, couldn't fault anything. Lunch and breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again.
