The Talbot Inn is simple, clean and well maintained. It had everything we wanted and a convenient location to the downtown and beach. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the courtyard arrangement of the rooms. It made the place very quiet. We will certainly ly rerun on our next trip through Leamington.

More than l required for a 3 night stay. The room and bathroom were very large. It was quiet during the evening. The location had all the amenities for your convenience. Great value for your money. Highly recommended.

Best Value in Leamington. Staff, room, parking all satisfactory. Cost for the room was excellent. Given the value of this hotel for us, other hotels in city could not compare. No restaurant on property, no problem has selection is available near by. If we travel again to the area will stay again, have already suggested the Talbot Inn to some friends. Good experience

The room was very clean and the staff member was very pleasant. Had to call a number posted on door to find out where to leave the keys for check out. We left very early though, before 7 am, no staff at desk. I would definitely stay there again. Great price for the room as well!

Rooms were clean, bed was squeaky and was quiet at nighttime but other guests were not very quiet in the early morning. Fridge and microwave and plenty of coffee in the room and parking at the door was great. Walking distance to downtown area of shops and restaurants .

What a beautiful property to stay at. The room is incredibly clean. The property is well maintained and beautiful with all the flowers and greenery. Water pressure is fantastic. Air conditioner worked well. Staff are kind and helpful. The price is fair. Coffee shops, gas and grocery near by. 10 minute drive to the beach. We will be returning again in the future!!

Basic accommodation that fit my need. Friendly staff. Only issue was the dampness/humidity in the room. The AC seemed to work fine but did not draw out the dampness from the room. Online info needs updating to reflect no restaurant on site.

I like old school motels like this one. Parking in the central courtyard was convenient but would not work for campers or large trucks towing a trailer. Hot water system was influencing the cold water, which was unusual. Had to let the cold water run until it ran cold! Opposite of the “usual” problem: there was too much hot water! Aside from that, the place is tastefully decorated and well kept. Room was small but comfortable enough. Beds were comfy.
