We were visiting my elderly uncle, and just needed a clean , comfortable place to stay. We weren't expecting the Ritz-Carlton, so our expectations were exactly what we got. However!!! The staff made the experience stellar! They were all very friendly with great attitudes! Every one of them should get a huge raise!! Will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I went to a concert at the casino in Windsor. We stayed at your hotel because it was close. We were able to walk in less than 10 minutes to the casino. Next time we go to a concert at Caesars Windsor, we will stay there. The staff were so friendly. The lady at front desk asked about her concert when we came back. I like the fact that she remembered us. Also, the lady serving breakfast was extremely kind and even served me my breakfast. Thanks to you all.
