Great location near the Detroit tunnel US bridge, about 15 minutes walk to the waterfront, casino, city hall . But make sure bring your own body wash because the hotel not providing it . Breakfast good variety for me and services good.

While the hotel doesn’t look to be in the best part of the city, it’s very well taken care of on the inside. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and parking lot were very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options, and very well stocked. Overall, definitely a great place to stay at a great price, too.

Staff at hotel were amazing. Location is a bit sketchy due to soup kitchen across the street but we didnt have any issues while we were there. The odd wanderer in the courtyard using (illegal substances) but were quickly removed by police. Close walk to downtown life and casino and river. For the price overall was a great stay. Newer front desk staff. A bit long of a wait checking in and out. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. The double room option was really nice. The outside of the hotel we felt quite uncomfortable with the kids with us. Being in a rougher part of town. Nice if you are just spending the night. Straight to the room and checking out the next day. Good price for the night. Breakfast was pretty good too

This hotel is the first I check for availability when travelling to Windsor. It is within walking distance to the downtown and water front. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. The breakfast has everything you need to keep you full until lunch or supper.
