Great location and wonderful breakfast There is a car park (£40) located under the hotel - very convenient although on the pricey side- that said our car was safe and the gentleman attending to the car park was lovely - he even offered us a complimentary bottle of water for our journey home.

Surprisingly clean, spacious and modern on the inside despite the exterior being deceivingly older. Enjoyed our stay. It was so convenient for the castle, the shopping and dining, and right outside where the change of guards are.

We have stayed here before a couple of months ago and chose to come back. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The car park is also very useful given this hotels perfect central location. This time we didn’t eat here as the food is really only average. Staff were all very helpful. We will be back again in the next couple of months

The hotel is situated in the centre of Windsor very close to the castle, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and amenities. My wife and I were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

Matthew is, again, a super-helpful member of staff. He's willing to help with luggage, porterage, directions, even sorted out a cafe for us one time. He's just great. The lighting is low and calm, perhaps a little too low at some points, ie the reading lamps. The bathrooms are clean and well-appointed. Mind the edge of the bath, though, the shower water runs all round the edges and onto the floor. We didn't have breakfast, and we didn't use the parking - there doesn't seem to be much parking. We booked with another provider.

My go to hotel when in UK! Staff are incredibly warm, friendly and so helpful. Lovely food for breakfast, nibbles, tea or drinks and the area is easily accessible from Heathrow or by trains. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable.
