The property is in need of some minor repairs. The vinyl wall covering doesn't seem to have been installed properly; it's becoming loose at the seems. It's an easy fix with the proper adhesive for wall covering. Have spent several decade's in the construction field. l Will be back next time we head down. It's in a good local to get to all major roadways.

Room was clean, comfortable, coffee maker and coffee for morning. Loved the floors with no carpets, making it great for folks with allergies. Check in staff went over and above putting us in a room on main floor (due to no elevators) and upgraded us to a larger room than previously booked. Breakfast was perfect for a start to the day. Yogurt, toast, bagels, donuts, muffins, cereal, fruit, juices, and coffee was good. For a budget priced hotel, thought it was an exellent value. Would recommend and stay again.
