The room was excellent: very clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The room has excellent sound proofing and I enjoyed a very quiet night of sleep. The continental breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is easy to access from the freeway with a good amount of parking. It's a short drive/rideshare to Russian River Brewing, highly recommended. My only complaint would be that the pool needs to be cleaned. Lots of leaves and dirt at the bottom and the top rim needs a decent scrub.

The location was great. The people that work there are wonderful and very helpful. Not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed and no extra anything not enough chairs half the time you had to ask for toilet paper or paper towels so just a heads up.

breakfast was good with plenty choices. the jacuzzi had lots of sand on the bottom and we didnt use it. I walked the manager out there but nothing was done to address the issue. room was clean. the carpets were being shampooed Sunday afternoon in the hallways in 3rd floor. the cleaner smell was awful and strong. carpet soaked in the hallway. we were denied any kind of discount or offered another room on a different floor. Vendor did a poor job. loud fans running. elevator floors were dirty. high windows in dining room were full of spiderwebs.

The room was super nice, lots of space, comfy bed. Even the fold out couch was super comfy, you would never know it wasn't just a regular bed. The free breakfast is decent, your typical one you would find at hotels that offer it. I would stay again if I was looking for a place in the area.

We enjoyed the Hampton Inn in Windsor. It was centrally located and was ideal for visiting family in Cloverdale, Healdsburg and Rohnert Park. Shopping and dining was also very convenient. The grounds and lobby and breakfast area were clean and appealing. Breakfast and coffee were enjoyable. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed and linens were good and the tv provided many stations. We enjoyed coming into the lobby where a gas fireplace warmed the atmosphere.
