Plenty of parking spaces right outside the entrance. Staff are so friendly. Lake view from the well maintained gardens. Powerful hot shower. Lovely good priced food. Could do with a bit more drawer space in the family room, and a plug socket near the kettle. Would definitely recommend. Lovely warm swimming pool as well. Plenty of towels to use.

The hotel provided a fab stay for us in the Lakes. The staff were very helpful, particularly the lady on the afternoon/evening reception desk! She went above and beyond to be kind! The hotel was 10 mins walk to the shores of Windermere. The pool was great and the breakfast was lovely! Highly recommended!

Staff welcoming. The room was warm and comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee supplies. A choice of herbal tea and decaf coffee would have been appreciated. The building suits the landscape, the decor throughout the house felt a bit tired. Cooked breakfast provided which was fine. It would have been nice to have a fresh fruit option for the cereal and wholemeal bread for toast. Lots of parking available and it was well lit. Felt 3 star.

Staff were absolutely lovely .. very friendly and helpful & happy to advise and assist any way they could. The hotel itself was equally as nice. Our room was lovely and clean. The bar & restraunt area was very comfortable... lots of charm. Considering its dog friendly ... you'd never know.... it's wonderfully clean. Breakfast was very good as well. I'd definitely recommend & visit again.
