Needs some tlc and modernising. Although in a good location it’s spoilt by the lack of decor and poor quality. The staff were very nice and helpful customers from the pub tended to smoke and chat right under our window and it was very noisy the karaoke went on till midnight.

Good location to explore Bowness. Easy check in and didn’t really see anyone after that. Rooms need a bit of TLC in my opinion but a good stay for what we paid.

I liked the proximity to the town.Very basic. Wasn't worth the price we paid. Wasn't designed for a woman. No hooks for clothes in the bathroom and know where to put your toiletries in the shower. You would be ok if you wanted to use there's. Nothing for sanitary towles. One bin for rubbish. Member of staff on the day we arrived didn't seem very friendly. Wouldn't stop again.

Few staff

Rooms are above pub. Its staff deals with room bookings. If they are serving drinks and busy then you have to wait. Our toilet flush had an issue, we registered it with them but no body came to resolve during our stay.

An excellent stay

An absolute brilliant overnight stay very clean and comfortable fantastic hotel and service very well situated to take in breath taking views only fault was i didn't book for longer but will definitely re visit
