This is a classic B&B that goes above and beyond the norm. The breakfast is incredible, and all the little touches make you feel like royalty.

The property is very clean and only 7 minutes walking to the lake. The breakfast is very good, comes with plenty of choice. Steve and Jackie were magnificent host,made you welcome. Thank you both of you for making are stay enjoyable.

Perfect B&B in Bowness

We stayed at Craigholme for 1 night in the week before Christmas, perfectly situated on the road into Bowness. Jackie is an amazing host and we were looked after during our stay. We stayed in Room 1 and everything was just right, a home from home for a great nights stay. Breakfast the next morning was just perfect and Covid guidance was adhered too. Would recommend this lovely little B&B to anyone, we will be back.

Fantastic B and B in Great Location

From booking to check out we can't think of anything negative to say, not that we'd want to. Booking, communications and check out all professional and friendly. The premises were delightful with many nice, and unexpected, touches. Decor was very tasteful and the whole place spotless and fresh. We were put at ease by our hosts on arrival and they were attentive and caring throughout. We had a great stay, a good night's sleep and the excellent breakfast capped of a first class experience. Thank you Jackie and Steve, we will be back.

Amazing weekend. Jackie and Steve were very welcoming. Lovely guesthouse warm and cosy. Nice and close to town but tucked away so no noise at all. Fab breakfast and great banter. We will be back.

This was a last minute booking with my partner. The hotel was adorable and the owners of it, even more wonderful. It’s a lovely little place, very clean and ideal for a couples getaway. Me and my partner would 100% recommend!!

We had an amazing 4 night break in the large double room. Jackie and Steve were excellent hosts. We felt like we were at home, it was so cosy. The breakfast was very yummy and my vegetarian bf thoroughly enjoyed his also. The room was very homely and clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water. The location was excellent very close to town with some great view points just 5 mins up the road. We can't wait to return. Service really makes a difference with a stay and this was the most personalised service I have had in a long time. It was my partners birthday whilst we was there and jackie and steve gave him a bday card and chocs with mini cakes and candles at breakfast. Lovely touch! Keep on doing what you do!
