The air conditioning in lobby was broken and the ac units in my 2 rooms were broken, leaked all over the rugs. Took me til the end of my visit to get a large bucket for 1 room. Complained and got no returned phone call.

Front desk agent was pleasant and helpful but there were black marks on the sheets, lights that didn’t work and a very sticky, visibly dirty bathroom floor. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express properties and this one didn’t come close to the standard set by the others.

Spacious and decent value

Room was spacious and well equipped (frig, etc.). Seemed reasonably clean. Breakfast was great if you want heavier stuff like sausage, waffles and danish and meh if you want something healthier. Bananas were all over-ripe, for exampe. Location was good, near highway, near food options, near parks.
