“Our overall experience did not fully meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found the room poorly cleaned. The floor and living room carpet were visibly dirty, as if they had not been vacuumed. I had to contact reception immediately to request cleaning, although our request was handled promptly.
