I would never again stay in this property again. They only had one house keeper in the whole building. I waited about 30 mins before giving up for the front desk person because my key wasn’t working. When I checked in I Went to my room and I saw hair all over the toilet and floor. They don’t clean your room everyday. No breakfast included. also, you have to bring your dirty towels downstairs in order to get “fresh clean towels”. The building outside looks nice but inside I don’t know what’s going on. I just know I’ll never stay there again!! They definitely need more staff

Although the hotel was under construction the manger was more than thrilled to show us the new rooms, provided detailed schedules for when things would start back up or when they would be finished. We stayed in a renovated room and could tell the difference! Other than some of the other guests being loud and literally trashing the grill area the stay was pleasant. Great location too!

Good sleep

They are renovating the lobby, is dust everywhere and construction noises around 8am, really didnt bother us because we were up around 8am anyway and the all family slept good, the room clean and smell good, no noises at night and the hotel is in a good spot, the beach is 5 min walking, restaurants and bars are close that we didnt have to drive at all. We definitely coming back.

Hotel was being remodeled TV didn't work in our room and when we went for breakfast it was a muffin, breakfast bar in a bag with coffee or juice. Maybe after remodel it will be better.

the only good thing was the location of the hotel. The hotel was nasty, had mold and dirt on the beds, hair in the shower, paper thin walls neighbors having loud sex at 9 in the morning. not to mention they didn’t tell you about the construction they have going on until you get there which they start at 8 in the morning every day right above your room so you can forget sleeping in. snobby staff act like we’re stupid because of mold where we sleep. will not be coming back spend your money else where

Outside was nice. Inside is being renovated so we got an old room where the walls were kind of funky. The a/c was very noisy and couldn't use it. The shower head was awful looking, the lighting was terrible - great big fluorescent light over the entire bed, so if one wanted to read the other couldn't sleep. The two men at the front desk when we came in never cracked a smile. The woman the next day was very pleasant.

Bedding was covered in crusty stains and looked as if the comforter was just flipped over. Asked for late check out because I needed that extra time for sleep since we got in so late and was woken up at 10:30 when checkout wasn’t supposed to be until 12. Emailed management and all I got was a “i’m sorry, but in our defense housekeeping probably wasn’t communicated with” and complete disregard for the dirty sheets.
