This was our first time visiting Wilmington. We were there for a concert . Check in was so simple. The room was clean and ready for us . The staff were so nice and helpful with suggestions on restaurants . The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. A special thank you for the breakfast it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, tasty, and there was a great variety of food. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast should have been on until 10am but they ran out of food by 9:20am. Only toast and waffles were available. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. They ran out of coffee cups so people were going back up to their room to get one. Hallways were not cleaned up the whole weekend. Some mold in the grout of the shower base. Pool was small but nice. Great location.

Valet parking was exceptional and very responsive. Employees were friendly and efficient. On the other hand, corporate issues include—-Breakfast had A LOT to be desired, few choices, pre-packaged, no diverse items, few hot foods. Room had no ice bucket, no table lamp, poor lighting in bathroom mirror. No iron. Door stuck. All minor inconveniences

Location is great if you want to go bar-hopping. Lots of restaurants/bars close by to walk to. Riverfront was close. Had to pay too much for valet parking. The other option was a parking garage across the street. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was a little too soft for me.

At check in the front desk personnel was very kind and professional, once we got to our room the floor wasn't vacuumed well, later that evening I noticed little rolls of toilet paper on the back of the toilet seat, there were strands of hair in the shower. I would give cleanliness of the room a 1, Breakfast was good, I would rate this stay a 3 because of the room, otherwise I would have given it a 5.

Overall a good stay. Some repairs need to be made(wallpaper peeling off, drain didn't drain well, and the sliding door of the bathroom needed some attention). Honestly though the staff was great! The woman who ran the breakfast area was so nice and friendly. The other staff was good too.
