Wonderful stay! Our room was charming, the bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Sherri was a great hostess, so accommodating! Our breakfast was absolutely delicious! Short walk to river walk and lots or restaurants/bars with an easy walk also! We would highly recommend this quaint Bed and Breakfasr!

We loved our stay! My favorite parts were the delicious breakfast and relaxing on the patio. Sheri clearly puts a lot of thought into accommodating guests' dietary preferences. The area is charming and cozy. Perfect for a walk or run, and conveniently close to everything! My only suggestion would be to add king-size beds to all rooms. The queen beds were comfortable, but a king bed would be even better for couples.

We’ve stayed here twice now because of how peaceful the property is. The rooms themselves are well styled with most items you may find yourself needing like a steamer or hairdryer. The place was wonderful: great location, well maintained and clean. But the service was exceptional - Sherry is an incredible host, attentive to every detail and wish.
