“amazing place”

“We stayed at the Reisen Motel as we were exploring the Adelaide Hills for my birthday weekend getaway. It was perfectly located nice and central near the Main Street in Hahndorf. We had dinner at the hotel across the road and breakfast at the café next door and both were fantastic. Shower pressure was great and the room was nice and warm as it was winter and cold outside. It was a quiet location and we rested and slept well in the comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and you could tell...

“The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. We opted for a lower floor room which we prefer. Parking spaces aren't numbered so since our room was close to the stairs all the parks near our room were taken so we did have to park some distance from our room. The beds were very comfortable and the second room, while it had no window which I thought was strange, was actually really great because I was able to sleep in with no early sunlight or noise from outside. The garden could do with a bit...

“We had a large spacious room, king bed with lovely bedding. Very spacious, comfortable shower with all the amenities. Overall a very comfortable stay and excellent customer service from Rishani.”

“Good for one night stay”

“We travelled with 6 adults and 3 young kids and stayed in the homestead which was beautiful. Couldn’t fault it, the inclusive access to the farm barn was amazing for the kids who fed the animals every morning. The house was so spacious looking out onto the farm, plenty of amenities and clean + just perfect. We wished we stayed longer, highly recommend!”

“All was good.we did have a problem with ants even though we had no food there. It was a shame there was no spray.. got help from an outsider.”

“Unique property but has its drawbacks. Without a car you are relying on the hotel shuttle service which is apparently only offered when it suits them. This led to us missing the opportunity to enjoy the pools and left us rushing for our evening tour. Some confusion also as to the availability of room service meant more inconvenience. Some staff could do with further training in how to deal with customer complaints effectively at the time they occur. Having stayed at many similar resorts around...

“The décor was gorgeous, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the setting felt wonderfully private. Everything was fresh, clean and beautifully presented, with generous facilities provided. A lovely, relaxing place to stay. Thanks for a lovely experience”

“I wish I could’ve stayed an extra night! The CABN was so cute! I followed a previous travelers advice and brought my own bath mat as the water from the shower goes everywhere and no one likes cold feet! Unfortunately there was no salt available as stated, so it’s lucky we had brought our own otherwise it would be annoying to drive back to town. I had magical mornings waking up with the fire and reading a book looking out at the pines. Just wish you couldn’t see the other CABNS! To make it...
