Vacations Close To Willow Horseshoe Park

I love the Crystal Midvalley. The staff is always so friendly and the property is clean and centrally located. I just wish they would have a better variety breakfast. It’s wonderful, but it’s the same almost every day.

Nice place and location

The check-in and check out process wasn't the best but the property was clean and well-maintained.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great. We stay here every time we're in Salt Lake City.

Old hotel, not updated, horrible bedding, dirty —- NEVER STAY HERE

The interior of the hotel was very well maintained and very clean. I booked a room with a single queen with a recliner. I don't remember intentionally choosing the recliner, but when I got into the room, having a recliner was SO NICE. The hotel is within walking distance of the Green Line train, giving easy access to downtown SLC and even the airport directly. If there is any room for improvement, the outside of the hotel could use a "once a day" clean up. There are brand new apartments next to the hotel. Some apartment residents seem to be walking their dogs in the grass around the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but ultimately hotel residents will see it. So it might be good if once a day someone went out and cleaned up if any doggy surprises were left behind.
