“Stayed for 1 night with work. Its a lovely old building with alot of character but the it is in need of a good update to all the corridors, stairs and other areas. The rooms have had an update and look nice though my bathroom did have a smell of stale water and as its in the town centre it was quick noisy to the point that around 5am the bin men woke me up emptying the bins with a loud bang.
Personally I wouldnt stay again but can understand why some people would.”

“What a lovely surprise! This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The rooms are astonishing with so many little details. The renovations are incredibly impressive. The staff were fabulous. And the breakfast lovely. A truly relaxing stay and a great find.”

“Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again!”
